Regardless of your skin type, the general rules applies to everybody the same way. What I mean by that is that 70-80% of the condition of your skin is indicated by your lifestyle, how you eat, what you eat (more plant based), how you deal with stress, exercise, hormonal balance, to list the main indicators.
20-30% of the condition of your skin is how you treat your skin externally - cleansing, toning, exfoliating, moisturizing and spf.
The key here is to use quality ingredients of professional standard to suit your skin type. That does not mean using lots of products, quite the opposite actually. It's best to use less and not mix different skincare brands together. Stick to one brand, two max at any one time.
My number one rule is to use chemical and toxic free ingredients labelled as professional which is of the upmost importance when it comes to your skin and health. The fact that a product is 100% organic, vegan and cruelty free, which is also a must in my eyes, is a huge added bonus. Be careful to look for the bio stamp/mark, Eco cert, Leapy Bunny certified on all products. This is the indicator that it is 100% organic. Be careful of the companies that try to fool you. Companies can call the product organic but it could only have 1 or 2% of organic ingredients and the rest - chemicals. Be careful of this and always look at the back, never the front of a product.
The potent mix of nutritional ingredients works like magic on your skin giving you the results you need. That's the full spectrum of skin care.
Care on the inside, care on the outside. You will be eternally youthful.
